Talga signs agreement with its first customer
The agreement covers the delivery of 3,000 tonnes of anode material and is Talga's first deal on a commercial scale. The agreement is valid for a four-year period starting this year. Initially, Talga will supply material from a test facility, while the large-scale factory on Hertsön in Luleå is being finalised.
“This Agreement marks a significant milestone in Talga’s mission to deliver sustainable, high-power anode materials to the global battery market. The Agreement also underpins the start of commercial sales, and follows extensive qualification and validation in exciting high-power applications that are subject to high growth market demand,” said Talga Group CEO Martin Phillips.
