Jonathan Eriksson to lead Finnish Parmaco's efforts in northern Sweden

Luleå Jonathan Eriksson will be regional manager in northern Sweden for Parmaco AB, a Swedish subsidiary of Finnish Parmaco. The recruitment is part of the company's expansion in Sweden.

Parmaco is the market leader in Finland when it comes to buildings for schools and preschools. The business concept is to rent out buildings. Now the company wants to expand in northern Sweden and recruits Jonathan Eriksson as regional manager.

Jonathan Eriksson comes most recently from his work as sales manager for Elite Stadshotellet in Luleå. He has extensive experience in sales and marketing.

He will be based in his hometown Luleå with northern Sweden as his workplace, in collaboration with his colleagues in Stockholm, where the head office is located.

"The green transition and all the establishments in the north give great ripples on the water. To be involved in developing the business with Parmaco feels fantastic! The municipalities are growing with all that entails. The companies want to recruit several thousand employees and this will place demands on municipalities in terms of educational facilities and housing. Parmaco will step in in a good way and help," says Jonathan Eriksson.

At the same time as Jonathan Eriksson, Victor Ehrling is recruited as business development manager. He has been a business developer at Serneke and previously worked at Genesta and Vasakronan.

Parmaco has a total of 250 employees, most of them in Finland where the company is a market leader. The Swedish operations of Parmaco AB have approximately 20 employees. The Swedish operations had a turnover of SEK 124 million in the last financial year.

The company offers municipalities to build and rent out properties for schools and preschools, among other things. The employees work with planning, design, production of finished modules for buildings, sales and administration.
