Responda acquires H1 Communication
The acquisition is part of Responda's growth strategy.

Responda Group has 250 employees and handles more than 20,000 customer contacts daily for more than 3,000 clients. Responda Group has a turnover of approximately SEK 140 million. The company has operations in Stockholm, Eskilstuna, Kalix and Haparanda. Responda Group was formed in 2021 when Responda AB acquired Kalix Tele24 AB in Kalix in Norrbotten, which has been in the industry since 1992.
H1 Communication is a Nordic customer service company with European partners that offers outsourcing of customer service, technical support and response service.
Together, the group will have a turnover of close to SEK 300 million and consist of over 500 customer service employees who handle close to 25 million customer contacts annually.
