Newly launched Culpeo latest establishment
The company was founded by partners Anna Rosendahl, Karin Larsson and Martin Edin, all with experience in leading roles in recruitment and HR.
Martin Edin came from Atlas Copco where he was HR Manager. Prior to that, he had founded the recruitment and consultancy company AMGA. Karin Larsson has held several senior HR positions within Region Norrbotten. Anna Rosendahl, former HR manager at Plannja and Scania Ferruform, became CEO of the new company. Last autumn, a fourth partner, John Bergmark, was added to the team, having most recently worked as head of marketing at Clockwork.
Culpeo works broadly with recruitment, organisational development and training. It also takes on assignments within HR and employer branding. Clients range from large industrial companies to smaller agencies, and recruitment involves key positions such as CEOs, managers, economists, technicians and specialists of various kinds.
"There is an increasing need for recruitment among companies and we notice that the willingness to look for new jobs has increased. We don't just work in recruitment, but also in helping companies develop their workplaces. For example, through tailor-made training, interim assignments and ongoing support in personnel matters," says Karin Larsson.
Culpeo works all over the country and also abroad. The international search is becoming increasingly important when industrial companies recruit new skills.
"It is an advantage for us that we work all over Sweden and also internationally, where we have recently found candidates in Romania and India," says John Bergmark, who joined the company in the autumn to strengthen recruitment.
Digitalisation facilitates recruitment work, especially when it comes to finding candidates internationally, with interviews and tests being conducted using digital tools. Which makes it easier for recruitment companies in Norrbotten.
